<P><STRONG><FONT color=black>Beginning at the age of 4, Darin started taking violin lessons and continued to be classically trained through the Central Pennsylvania Suzuki Association on both violin and viola for 15 years. At 17, he added playing the drums which led to playing the guitar, piano and bass, and mastering vocals. In the midst of this, at the age of 11, Darin got diagnosed with C.F.S. (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome), an incurable disease that plagued his childhood for 4 years. During this time, he was bedfast and unable to do anything a normal child does. His body was slowly giving up and he was all out of hope until he read (Isaiah 53:5) "But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our Iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him." When he read that verse, peace came upon him and Jesus divinely healed him at a Youth For Christ summer camp. </FONT></STRONG>
