來自New Zealand的女歌手Bic Runga雖然沒有出色的外表,但深厚的音樂底子和內斂的嗓音讓人一聽就留下深刻的印象.Bic在專輯中均有顯露其音樂才華,不但負責全碟曲詞及編曲,亦親自玩奏樂器.Bic Runga已成New Zealand音樂史上銷量最高的本地女歌手.
97年的首張專輯<Drive>在New Zealand銷量七白金,並拿下當地Tui awards最佳專輯;最佳唱片;最佳演唱表演及最佳唱作人四項大獎.02年的<Beautiful Collision>銷量更高達11白金,當中的單曲"Get Some Sleep"登上日本Top Ten和UK Top 40.年底專輯入選Mojo Magazine 2002 Best Albums第32名和Uncut年度民眾票選專輯第34名.05年<Birds>銷量依舊亮眼,此張專輯也被Bic Runga稱之最"自我"的一張專輯.隔了三年,Bic交出一張之前專輯未收錄的歌曲和一些現場版本的專輯<Try To Remember Everything>,當中有2首新錄的歌曲.希望可別像專輯名稱一樣,能夠快些時候再聽到Bic Runga的創作和聲音.
