ONeal began embracing his musical talent at the age of twelve, "Where I was brought up there was little to do so you had to be creative. Thats when I began to write and find my way around various instruments."

Inspired by R&B, Jazz, and Gospel, O'Neal the singer, musician, producer, and songwriter gives us what he calls "lounge groove" music which he unfolds on his debut album, Every Three Seconds. O'Neal states that he wants his listeners to, "feel the flow of every song. I want it to bring you to that luscious state of mind." The first single and the story like "Love Game", the title track, "Every Three Seconds", and "Every time", all display O'Neals sultry voice and laid rhythmic tone. The tracks "Like a Diamond", and "Sexy" reveal the sensually indulgent side of the album. All tracks were written, produced, and arranged by O'Neal showcasing to the world his skilled musicianship and lyricism. "This album is all of me. I wanted to give music listeners something fresh and smooth."
