[size=3][color=sienna][b]The Operation are Alex Veale (22), Oli Court (20) and Nick Wilton (21). They are a power trio from a small town in the southwest of England (Frome near Bath). The Band have played hundreds of shows and have supported some big names in the industry on tours and at various UK shows such as THE UPPER ROOM, THE MISSION, THE ELECTRIC SOFT PARADE, THE MAGIC NUMBERS, THE ELECTRIC EEL SHOCK, CAPTAIN, THE BETTY CURSE.

In the time The Operation have been playing together they've not only become one of the most entertaining live acts in the UK but have honed their songwriting skills into something incredibly powerful and unforgettable. They've been described in the music press as "a cross between SUPERGRASS and mid era THE WHO".

All of their material is self produced, banging song after song out in a home studio environment where the band have complete control over the tunes. The Operation currently have representation in the USA and played three shows to key industry executives in HOLLYWOOD in June 07. Since their return the band have concentrated on the forthcoming 'SAN GIULIANO EP' which is a balls to the wall collection of songs.
