The soft, falsetto tones of Dan Neale are a fitting foil to sister Rebecca? cooing harmonies, giving a wistful edge to their otherwise warm pop sound. Their press to date has seen them regularly compared to The Flaming Lips, yet this seems slightly wide of the mark. They might share the same sense of sonic grandeur as Wayne Coyne? mob, but their songs have a much more sombre underbelly and tunes like the bare-boned orecast For Tomorrow?are a world away from some of the chirpy, over-egged output of the aforementioned.
