Intro:
Doves is an English indie rock band, formed in Greater Manchester, England. The band comprises brothers Jez Williams (guitar) and Andy Williams (drums), and Jimi Goodwin (bass, vocals, guitar). Doves' unofficial fourth member is Martin Roman Rebelski, who plays keyboards.The band's fourth album, [b]Kingdom of Rust[/b], is set for release on April 6, 2009. The title track "Kingdom of Rust" will be the album's first single, set for release on March 30th. Prior to the new releases, Doves offered a free download of the album's lead track "Jetstream" on their website.[4] On January 27, 2009 the band announced a week's worth of tour dates from March 12-19, in which new album tracks will be debuted. The eleven songs on the album have been described by Jez Williams as "schizophrenic, but... also strangely cohesive."[5]
