<br>Having remixed everyone from Radiohead to The Pet Shop Boys, alongside several of his own critically acclaimed EPs, electropop wizard Frankmusik (aka Vincent Frank) finally releases his debut solo long-player. Entirely written and produced in his Croydon bedroom, Complete Me is an album about his break-up with one girl, performed stylishly over a bed of eclectic synths and programmed beats.

<br>Complete Me delves into different mindsets regarding the ending of a relationship, from the optimistic snappy pop of 'Confusion Girl' and the glorious keyboard catchiness rattling around 'Done Done' to the melodically pleasing 'When You're Not Around', which offers a more subtle approach to the situation. The recent single 'Better Off As Two' is a foot-tappingly quirky gem, wrapped in a sense of British modesty, with an irresistibly rousing chorus destined to pack dancefloors nationwide. Perhaps the biggest surprise comes courtesy of 'Vacant Heart's' melancholy heartbreak. Epic and soulful, 'Vacant Heart' takes hold of Frank's breakup in a stunning piece of music offering a fascinating insight into the artist's range of emotions whilst retaining a strong sense of pop sensibility. In the middle of all this dancefloor drama is the album's highlight, 'Three Little Words'. Complete with a stirring beat, disco bounce and whirlwind of electronic noises, the track is a catchy three minutes that comes as close as to pop perfection as you're likely to hear all year.

<br>His early carnation as a beatboxer very much in evidence, Frankmusik has combined an ear for a funky beat with his high pitched vocals, unique synth skills and, most importantly, a knack for writing a simple pop melodies to incredible effect. A bright spark in an often sterile scene, Frankmusik is more than a musician - he can easily be considered a one-man fashion statement. However, on this record alone, the majestic dynamics of Complete Me perfectly demonstrates that style can translate comfortably to audio. An incredible debut.
