David Waddell, born 1953 in Orangeburg South Carolina. Started his career playing trumpet, bass and singing in night clubs and strip joints on the Chitlin` Circuit in the Deep South .In his teens he played the summer season at the “Bowery” in Myrtle Beach,S.C. with a band out of Fort Payne, Alabama called “Wild Country”, who later changed their name to “ALABAMA”.
