Jay Park invites you to Take a Deeper Look with his highly anticipated first mini-album, which marks the charismatic singer's return to the Korean music scene. Though fans may be understandably distracted by the album cover, the focus here is on the music. Encompassing hip-hop, R&B, dance, and other genres, the album's seven tracks are expressions of both Jay's personal growth as well as his growth as a musician and artist. He teamed up with regular collaborators The Quiett and Dok2 for the album, with the latter featuring on two tracks including the R&B title song Abandoned. Take a Deeper Look also includes Jay's earlier digital single Bestie and the uptempo, electro dance number "Tonight" featuring Davichi's Kang Min Kyung.
