「Bleeding Wolves」是馬修連恩在1995年發行的專輯 (2005年有發行十週年慶祝專輯))，也是他的第二張個人專輯。這張專輯的背景，是在加拿大的原野上，因著政府「增加鹿群」的政策，使得大量的狼被捕殺，馬修連恩對這件事情感到十分難過，於是用了音樂描述、記錄下狼群的無助、徬徨，同時也對於人類此般的行為提出質疑，這樣的行動對大自然真的好嗎？
