2010 年規模 7.0 的海地大地震奪走了數十萬人的生命，讓百萬人無家可歸，而這起災難至今已滿 10 年，導演唐哈迪 (Don Hardy) 以及監製尚恩戴立 (Shawn Dailey) 利用這 10 年的時間，跟著奧斯卡影帝 Sean Penn (西恩潘) 的腳步，拍攝了一部紀錄片《Citizen Penn》，真實記錄了西恩潘於海地擔任志工的經歷，而其中也特別收錄了他協助武漢肺炎疫情的過程。
